So, what is the main cause of all our chronic illnesses? It’s stress! Stress from what? Anything! It can be dietary stress. Allergic-type reactions to food, for example.
Emotional stress.
A relative or close friend is ill.
Your pup is sick.
Divorce.
Financial issues, etc.
Inflammation causes long-term body pain.
Or perhaps you were in an accident 5 years ago and the inflammation from even soft tissue damage can grow and cause new problems that stress your body out.
Even overwork or overplay.
