Stress from what?


  • It can be dietary stress—allergic type reactions to food for example. 
  • Emotional stress—a relative or close friend is ill, your pup is sick.  Divorce, financial issues etc. 
  • Inflammation—long term body pain.  Maybe you were in a car accident 5 yrs ago and the inflammation and soft tissue damage that you had has become worse and has caused new problems that stresses your body out.
  • Overwork or Overplay!
